POINT LBitmapWindow::ScrollTo(x, y)
The x position to which to scroll the bitmap.
The y position to which to scroll the bitmap.
A point structure that holds the actual horizontal and vertical distances by which the bitmap was scrolled.
The units for x and y are in pixels, with the top, left pixel of the image being 0,0.
Win32, x64.
