LBitmapBase::Access

Summary

Provides exclusive access to the image data contained in a class objects bitmap handle.

Returns

Value Meaning
SUCCESS The function was successful.
< 1 An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

This call locks the memory. To make the most of available system resources, you should only keep a bitmap handle locked when you need to access the image data. Call LBitmapBase::Release to unlock the bitmap data, for more efficient use of Windows memory resources.
